What is the best way to survive a kitchen renovation?

Geting ready to gut the kitchen. The contractors are saying 8 weeks for cabinets, construction, flooring. Please do not suggest eating junk food. I am a Weight Watcher and cannot live on take out!

Some remodelers offer the use of a mobile kitchen facility, kind of like those mobile food trucks (roach coach), for people going through a kitchen remodel. Ask your contractor if they have access to them or if they know where you can rent one.
